Gábor Dogossy is a full professor at Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Széchenyi István University, Győr, Hungary. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where he purchased his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2007. He acquired his habilitation in Transportation and Vehicle Engineering at Széchenyi István University in 2018.
He has been a member of the Committee of Fiber- and Composite Technology, Hungarian Academy of Sciences since 2011, and has had Secretary from 2015 to 2020. He has been a fellow in the Editorial Board of the Acta Technica Jaurinensis journal since 2013 and had worked as an Editor from 2017 to 2019, and has become the Editor-in-Chief since 2020.
His referee activity is performed in several journals in MDPI, Elsevier, and Springer, moreover conferences.
His research activity is oriented to the development of biopolymers and composites, recycling of thermoplastics, over and above injection molding- and simulation.
