Therefore it is a general social- political expectation against the national public transport companies to provide their services on an adequate level of quality. Its basic condition is the development and continuous improvement of the appropriate qualitycriterion system and quality assurance system monitoring and auditing the client-satisfaction. The general thematic standards compiled with the basis of the so-called best practice could be a good ground for that. It was proved on the ground of the exploration of the relating standard background that the appropriate requirement, recommendation, guidance, general, administration and traffic standards are available for the formation of the appropriate public transportation quality assurance concept by the national public transport companies.
