Influence of the Office Electrical Equipment to the Indoor Environment and Comfort of the Occupants

Abstract

In the last period of time our work was based on monitoring and controlling the indoor environment conditions in office buildings. To ensure the comfort of the occupants is one of the main tasks to be accomplished. Their productivity depends directly on their comfort. The environment could be influenced by many internal and external factors, and the office electrical equipment (devices) could be one of them. This article presents the description of our work and the success of our results. At the beginning it is described the testing stand developed, and after a deep analyze, the selected sensors, which will be used for the monitoring process. Different types of electrical equipment have been tested and the information obtained has been graphically represented and processed.
