Dear Users,

as You may have noticed, our site was unreachable in the past few weeks. We are sorry to inform You that the site was compromised by hackers. The attackers deleted all files from the webserver and replaced the main page with their own content.

Although there is no evidence in our logs, we still think that the attackers may had access to the site’s database (including users email addresses and password hashes), therefore as a preventive measure, all users must reset their passwords before logging in. The Acta Technica Jaurinensis is an international journal established in 2008 by the Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Széchenyi István University, Gyor. In 2013 the editorial team has been changed, and our main scope is that the Acta Technica Jaurinensis become an indexed journal and receive impact factor in the immediate future. Our first step is to affix the articles with DOI number from 2014. The journal is published on terminally (31st January, 30th April, 31st July, and 31st October).

The Acta Technica Jaurinensis publishes original, relevant, high quality papers covering the theory and practice of engineering science. The subject matter can be theory, methodology, empirical studies and applications. The journal will also publish computational and experimental studies that are not necessarily based on new theory or methodology but are of significant scientific value because they conform to or refute prior result. The Acta Technica Jaurinensis accepts reports on application and case studies that demonstrate a newer use of existing techniques or contains significant ideas about data collection and analysis, modeling or implementation.

Every article published in the journal is reviewed in advance of publication to evaluate its contribution to science and its technical soundness.

The focus is on the following topics:

  • Vehicle, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering
  • Transportation Science and Logistics
  • Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering
  • Information Technology and Electrical Engineering
